Champion Place Apartments Flood Mitigation Project Public Meeting

The City of Texarkana will hold a public meeting on November 10, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Texarkana City Hall.

The meeting will provide information about proposed flood mitigation solutions for Champion Place Apartments and the surrounding neighborhood. Project team members will discuss anticipated benefits, next steps and opportunities for public input.

Residents, property owners and other interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend and participate.
