Choctaw Creek and Davenport Road Flood Mitigation Project Public Meeting
A public meeting for the Choctaw Creek and Davenport Road Flood Mitigation Project will be held on November 12, 2026, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Grayson County Courthouse.
The meeting will provide information about proposed flood mitigation solutions along Choctaw Creek at Davenport Road in Grayson County. The project aims to reduce flood risk and improve stormwater management near the Choctaw Creek crossing at Luella Road and for residences along Davenport Road.
Project team members will discuss anticipated benefits, next steps and opportunities for public input. Residents, property owners and other interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend and participate.
